Have you ever attended a First Aid Course?
Maybe back in high school. It’s funny, I work for a company that sells the emergency dispatch software all over the world but I’ve never attended one of the classes where it not only teaches dispatching training but useful first aid in a life and death situation.
Apart from grazed knees and applying a band aid, have you ever applied First Aid?
I’m pretty sure that’s the only time I’ve ever applied first aid.
Are you squeamish about the sight of blood?
No, I’m not squeamish at the sight of blood, not unless there are a large pool of blood with a dead person lying in the middle. I’m not squeamish at that when I see it in a movie or a TV show but I can imagine I will be in real life.
How far away is the nearest hospital?
I live in a town where there are at least 3 hospitals within a 5-mile radius. Without traffic and cooperative traffic light, I can get there in 5 minutes but in the 15 years I’ve lived here, the traffic light is never cooperative nor is the traffic. So that 5-minute drive can often turn into a 10 or 15 drive, depending on the time of day.

Thanks for joining in and thanks too for the follow which has come up today.
We often wish a hospital was nearer and when we finally move to our next house, it will be one of the conditions!!! We are too far away from everything medical, and whilst we can drive, we can manage, but if we couldn’t afford to run a car,. basically, we’re stuffed as taxis cost the earth and the bus service non existent

My computer mouse went haywire and did something when I tried to get to your post. I wanted to get to the post but it clicked block instead.
I live in a town where taxis and public transportation are basically non-existent. If you don’t have a car, you’re stuck.

We have loads of taxi firms, but they are so expensive. Public transport? We might see four buses a day if we’re lucky and none on Sundays.
