When I saw the color, I instantaneously thought of these magnolias. It was my final year in college and I just got into taking photos as a hobby. I remember I’d carry a tiny point-and-shoot camera around campus and I would photograph just around everything – sunrises, water, flowers.

Spring was such a beautiful time around campus. It was when everything bloomed overnight. It’s definitely a great reason to look forward to spring each year.

Lastly, what to say about this picture other than I am looking forward to planting more zinnias next year. I need more of these flowers, much more.
