If there’s one thing I hate more than working at a dead-end restaurant job, it’s people tossing out perfectly good chinaware and utensils.
After accumulating a few trustworthy colleagues working at a high-end restaurant, I asked them to hold aside the broken chinaware and utensil for me. Determined, I made these unwanted items into a true masterpiece to show just because a plate is chipped doesn’t warrant a trip to the landfill.
6 months later, I quit my job after selling my work to a couple who shared my view. Now, my artwork is hung above their expensive dining table.
