Growing up, were you closer to your mother or father, or was it a balance of both depending on the circumstances?

I would say neither. I lost my dad before I was five. My mom left when I was seven. Then when we were finally re-united, she spent the time working and worrying about money. I guess I was close with my step-dad for a moment but that was it. Even now, I’m not sure I’m close with my mom even though I’m with her 24/7.

 What was your favorite toy as a child, and do you still have it?

If I did have a favorite toy as a child, I don’t remember as it’s most likely before the age of five.

 Did you have any secrets?

Secrets? I don’t even know if I have any secrets. I can’t keep secrets because I forget them.

 What did you want to be when you grew up, and are you anywhere close?

I wanted to be many things when I grow up – an astronaut, a successful business woman were two which I can think of. I am an accountant by day and a blogger/writer/storyteller by night. I don’t think I even came close.
