How many times have you moved house?

As an adult, only once in 2017. That was when I moved to my current home which is one house over from my previous home. It wasn’t that hard to move since the layout in my current house is exactly the same except for the placement of the back exit and an extra column of drawers in the kitchen. So everything was just take and moved over. Lots of walking but not as difficult as having to move miles away.

What are your priorities in looking for a new home?

Light is definitely very important on my list as well as large closets and bedrooms. Oh, and no minimal stairs would be nice. My current house has way too many stairs. I remember having a difficult time getting up to my room when I had my knee surgery and that was when I was still living at the old house.

Have you ever ‘down sized’?

If anything, I up-sized because I moved from an apartment to a house about 15 years ago and then moved to larger house 7 years ago. So no, I’ve never down-sized.

Have you ever had to move because of your job?

All the moves from when I was a child were because of my parents’ jobs but as an adult, I’ve never had to move because of my job but if I have to move because of my job, I would move perhaps 30 miles southward to somewhere in the Salt Lake Valley region because that’s where I work.
