Eternal Adulthood

It’s been such a long long long time since there was a fresh new prompt. Today’s prompt is not only fresh but it’s doable, at least to me. I know I’ve been writing these super long posts during the last couple of days, so I’m going to keep this one short.

If I can live forever, I definitely want to be an adult forever. Being a child or an adolescent would suck, I think. Too many restrictions and limitations.

She turned to the sunlight And shook her

I guess there are pros to this like

summer deals!

Being an adult, though, I’d definitely have the freedom to choose. I can go wherever I want, live however I want. I can settle in a place for a decade or two, earn enough money and then move onto another part of the world and then settle there for a brief period.

I do have one question though, will I be invincible as well? As in nothing, no weapon, no poison can kill me?

      1. Don’t want to be too young. In your 30’s, you can still have most of the physical benefits of your 20’s, but with the social advantage of being at a point in life where others take you more seriously. It’s more difficult to be taken as a credible leader in when you’re in your 20’s (much less, as a kid).

It’s the “Tuck Everlasting” question, however. As I’ve grown older, I increasingly understand how it could also be curse.
