The Queen’s Head is a popular attraction at Yehliu GeoPark near Keelung, Taiwan.
If you get postcards or magnets at the souvenir shops, most likely, you would’ve seen this. Though there are many other natural rock formations in the park, this is by far the most popular. When my mom and I visited in March, there was a never-ending line in front of the rock of people waiting to take a photo with the rock.
Maybe it’s me but I didn’t and couldn’t see the appeal of this rock formation. I’m more partial to the dragon’s head. Maybe it’s because I can see the eyes and the mouth and the snout and I can’t see anything but holes in the Queen’s head.

I agree. I like the dragon’s head quite a bit more. It certainly looks like a dragon’s head. On My ABC’s of me post today I shared some videos of some of my favorite Al Yankovic songs

That queen looks like she’s had a very hard life. At first glance, I thought these were termite hills.
