I absolutely love dessert. It’s the most elegant part of the meal. It’s the finish, the wrap, and the thing that makes a meal complete.

I’ve been to many events and had many delicious, dainty, delicate, and elegant dessert in the past from a petite slice of cheesecake to an ultra-rich chocolate cake with soft and gooey center but my favorite dessert of all time has to be the sundae one can only get at the Cheesecake Factory on their birthday.

It’s not too rich and does not leave me wanting more. It’s my favorite type of dessert, the perfect ending to a perfect meal.
