I watched the man rowed away. “Wait for me, get me off this thing!” I wanted to shout.
As much as I wanted to support my best friend – the bachelorette – I don’t want to be here. Didn’t Payton know I’m deathly afraid of water? Yet, she’s chosen this damn deathtrap to hold her bachelorette party. Wait the minute, is this an intervention?
“Alright ladies, what shall we do first?” Sandy asked.
“How about we eat?” Payton suggested.
How about we get off this thing? I wanted to say but held my tongue. Honestly, am I going to survive this party?

Wow good on you for this one. It’s different from your usual work. I’m always looking for updates on your garden and what your mums up to. 👏🌼

Thanks, I began blogging to write flash fiction short stories but it’s really hard to get an audience. It’s a good aside from writing about life all the time. You can read my past work on my archive blog – https://thisisanotherarchive.wordpress.com/.

I doubt food will help if it meant she has to swim.

I would’ve noped out of this one, friends should support friends, and that includes respecting a friend’s deathly fears! That poor girl.
