Hugh’s Photo Challenge: Week 7 – Funny Or Strange Signs

I came across this challenge and couldn’t resist. I took this picture on the third day of my Chicago trip. This picture was taken at the entrance of Lou Mitchell’s Diner located at the start of Historic Route 66. Continue reading “Hugh’s Photo Challenge: Week 7 – Funny Or Strange Signs”

Share Your World – 2015 Week #48

Are you a hugger or a non-hugger?2013-09-15-Awkward-Hugs

I am definitely not a hugger. Whenever someone hugs me, my heart would always pound nervously. I don’t know why and the worst part is, people tend to give me the awkward one-arm half-hug. It’s the most awkward thing ever when someone twice sometimes three times my size tries to give me a half-hug. It’s like they can wrap their arms all the way around me but I can barely reach half-way.

What is your favorite toppings on pizza?italian-sausage-pepperoni-pizza

I like almost all the toppings on pizza except for any type of mushrooms, onions, seafood including fish, and other weird things like marshmallow. Don’t laugh, I think I’ve seen a marshmallow pizza before. My all-time favorite pizza though, has to be sausage and pepperoni pizza. Mmm…

If you were the original designer of one existing corporate logo, which one would you select?Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola. I don’t know why I choose that except that I know I would be rich. I learned from my accounting classes, the Coca-Cola logo worth a lot.

Complete this sentence:  Where I can seek my solace is… dream-memory

Anywhere that can provide me with peace and serenity. Anywhere that allows me to drift off temporarily to somewhere faraway.

Reminiscence of a Childhood Place

One of the disadvantages of moving multiple times during childhood is just as you’re beginning to grow attached to a place, you have to pack your bags and move again. That’s why I don’t have a place from my past that I’m fond of.  Continue reading “Reminiscence of a Childhood Place”

3 Quote 3 Day Challenge

Thank you, Bibliophile96 at The Blog’s the Thing! for nominating me for the challenge. It is officially my third time participating and surprisingly, it hasn’t grown on me yet. However, this time, I am doing something different. I’m doing all three days in one. Continue reading “3 Quote 3 Day Challenge”

Connected to Something

I haven’t really been out lately, mostly just stuck in the basement. The weather hasn’t been cooperating. It’s either too hot or too cold or too windy or too rainy. It’s like it’s playing a big game. So no new pictures but good news, I’m heading to Las Vegas in two weeks, yay!

So plenty of opportunities there. I’m looking forward to gambling and earning 5 extra credit points for my auditing class for doing something fun (No, I’m not kidding about the 5 points). The instructor apparently thinks we’re too tight and need to loosen up.

It’s the first time I’m going to Vegas since I turned 21 three years ago.

Anyway, I know that’s not what you’re here for, so let’s get this show on the road.

I know some of you have seen this picture before. I debuted it way back in June. Like I said, no new pictures.
